Portcullis Public Affairs is an ethical consultancy that has provided politically neutral advice on public affairs and government relations for over 15 years.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality service by combining the breadth of an external consultancy with the insight of an in-house team. Our work is based on scrupulous research, constantly evaluated according to your individual needs. This underpins our advice, which we provide in a clear and concise way that is always aimed to add benefit to your bottom line.

Our team reflects a high level of experience in public affairs and government relations. We have a mix of people with seniority from roles in politics and industry, bringing together a vast array of expertise. This is complemented by a wide range of skills throughout our team, from political research, strategic planning and policy development to public relations and marketing.
We value - and aim to offer - creativity, drive and enthusiasm but, because we believe in a hands-on approach, we keep a sense of realism and practicality in everything we do (it has to be a good idea, but above all, it has to work).
We take our work seriously and, in particular, teamwork is second nature to us. That enables us both to support and challenge one another and to create an environment where people can thrive whilst consistently striving to achieve better outcomes.
Tackling Government need not be a dark and mysterious art. Indeed much of it is based simply on informing target audiences with a well prepared case and applying some common-sense. We aim to make the process straight-forward by ensuring that our clients put the right arguments to the right person at the right time in the simplest possible terms.
