The formation of multidisciplinary teams to work on specific issues can be highly effective and is now common practice. Where the task relies on influencing Government intervention, you may rapidly need to bring all the team members to a common level of understanding on the processes with which they need to interact. We will tailor a training package to their specific needs to help maximise the team's effectiveness.
We can also adapt this for a one-to-one coaching session for senior staff who might, for example, be taking up responsibilities in the UK for the first time. This will provide them with a rapid understanding of the basics.
